EDUCATION:
Mr. Sinclair received a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Genetics from the University of California, Davis, in 1974. He received his Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Santa Clara, School of Law, in 1977.

PROFESSIONAL:
Mr. Sinclair was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, in 1978. Mr. Sinclair was employed as a Law Clerk to the California Supreme Court, the Honorable William P. Clark, Jr., Associate Justice, in 1977. He was next employed as a Staff Attorney for the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, in 1978 and 1979. In both capacities, Mr. Sinclair worked with the Justices of the courts to review matters on appeal, perform research and draft preliminary opinions for the Justice's approval.

He is a current member of the Placer County Bar Association, having served as its President in 1983. He chaired the Lawyer Referral Service for Placer County from 1982 through 1990, and served as chairperson of Governor Dukemajian's Local Judicial Nominee Evaluation Committee between 1984 and 1987. He is a current member of the Placer County Bar Association Bench/Bar Liaison Committee. Mr. Sinclair has acted as Judge pro tem for Placer County Superior Court, and serves as an arbitrator in the Placer County Bar Association Fee Arbitration Program.

Mr. Sinclair has received an "AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available, for legal ability and professional standards.

PRACTICE AREAS:
Mr. Sinclair limits his practice to matters involving commercial and residential real estate and development, including both transactions and litigation. He has recognized experience in the areas of purchases, sales, financing and ongoing ownership and management of large commercial office and retail projects. Mr. Sinclair has been a longstanding member of the Real Property and Litigation sections of the California Bar Association.

COMMUNITY:
Mr. Sinclair is a member and former President of the Rotary Club of Roseville, and is a founding director of the Rotary Club of Roseville Foundation. He has been awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship by Rotary International, and is currently a multiple Paul Harris Fellow.

Mr. Sinclair is currently a member and vice-president of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Chamber's Economic Development Committee and the City of Roseville's Economic Development Advisory Committee.

PERSONAL:
Mr. Sinclair lives in Rocklin with his wife, Christine, and their two children, Sarah and Brian.

Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific in 1978; a Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law in 1981; and a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from McGeorge School of Law in 1985.

PROFESSIONAL:
Mr. Wilson is admitted to the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Wilson is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of Placer County Bar Association and the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of the State Bar of California.

PRACTICE AREAS:
Mr. Wilson limits his practice to Business Law and Planning, Trusts, Wills and Estates, Individual Estate & Taxation Planning, and Litigation involving Administration of Decedent's Estates and Trusts.

COMMUNITY:
Mr. Wilson is a member and former Director of the Rotary Club of Roseville, a founding Director of the Rotary Club of Roseville Foundation, and has been awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship by Rotary International. Mr. Wilson is also a founding Director of the Eureka Schools Foundation.

PERSONAL:
Mr. Wilson lives in Roseville with his wife, Karen, and daughters Megan and Elizabeth.
